Light pink base with pink roses and green leaf. 100% cotton The balloon shade looks like full length flat panel curtain if it is completely lowered. To make scalloped shape and preferred length, just adjust the different level rings on the back of the curtains. (You can use the shown curtain rings or ribbon ties or big pins on the back as below pictures to adjust the level and the rings are not included in this auction.)
